5. Day: Tilos
We are heading towards Tilos.
Tilos island is a Greek island famous for its high steep cliffs, caves, clear waters and beautiful small beaches. Places to visit in Tilos, which also has historical importance; Medieval Castles, dwarf elephant fossils, Knight's Castle, Medieval Messarias Castle, Agiosykias Castle, Chardakio Cave, St. Antonios Cemetery. The island of Tilos has attracted attention after the discovery of dwarf elephant bones dating back to 4000 and 7000 BC, which are estimated to be between 1.20 and 1.60 meters tall. The bones of this elephant are still exhibited in the museum in Megalo Chorio.
