If the customer or yacht owner has a complaint regarding the reservation, www.v-goyachting.com from forms on web site or or specified on our site. Notification must be made via phone numbers within 12 hours after the start of the holiday.
If necessary, V-Go Yachting acts as an intermediary for all disputes and problems and has the right to make the final decision.
Reservation The service fee charged for the service is not refundable.
All taxes that may arise from the reservation are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
FLEXIBLE:
For cancellations made up to 30 days before the holiday start (check-in) date, all your uninterrupted payments will be refunded. For cancellations made within less than 30 days, no refund will be made and a 100% deduction will be applied.
MEDIUM:
Until 30 days before the holiday start (check-in) date. 50% refund will be given for cancellations. For cancellations made within less than 30 days, no refund will be made and a 100% deduction will be applied.
STRICT:
Until 60 days before the holiday start (check-in) date. 50% refund will be given for cancellations. For cancellations made within less than 60 days, no refund will be made and a 100% deduction will be applied.
Full refund, excluding service fee, for cancellations made up to 10 days before the reservation start date. 75% refund, excluding service fee, for periods of 10 days or less.
